I decided to add a small workout to my IF. I get a couple barbells and do a 20 minute HIIT. Hardly even 20 minutes because I rested a lot. Two days of this and I can barely walk. What in holy hell. And I don’t have a car so I do walk a lot (and bus and Uber) but still, walk a lot!
Start low, and go slow. Maybe do the movements without the weight, add weight slowly. I tend to return to weight lifting at the same weight per exercise that I left off on despite being away for weeks/months, and end up sorry and sore. And also the first few days of exercise are going to suck regardless. Keep going
