If you want, I follow the 5x5 strength training programme. It’s not too bad, it means I’m in the gym 5 times a week but often just around an hour. I’m pretty sure a lot of people do this programme as beginnershttps://ketogains.com/2015/09/ketogains-novice-strength-training-program-5x5/Fasting wise, I do extended fasts 3 or so days and do this programme good enough. I only ever supplement with high 5 tablets and coffee in the morning
