Experience and results on a carnivore diet?
Does it matter if you have a bit of carbs every few days?
I would urge anyone not to follow this diet. Surely any diet that specifically aims to not eat vegetables should be self-evidently a bad idea.
Note that we have an extraordinary amount of data on the associations of a high animal product diet and it’s far from equivocal. Also note that anyone who dies of a heart attack will no longer be able to report back on their carnivore diet experience.
If you do OMAD, you won’t lose the benefits of ketosis. (One Meal A Day.)
I did carnivore for a bit, and it words pretty well, but I switched to CICO OMAD. (Calories in/ calories out), so I just eat to fit my macros, once a day.

ents.
ra, ibs, neuropathy, sunburns, tendonitis, anxiety, pots, and migraines went away. No longer stuck in bed. Endurance, recovery, eyesight, and brain fog improved. Neural things seem to take longer while I stopped getting sunburnt in the first few months.
Idk how much a “bit” of carbs is. In my experience, going off track means bringing everything back. I have had to be very strict.
If I recall correctly, this is an anti-meat sub. So, good luck xD
Sadly there aren’t many places online to discuss diets that aren’t 100% following a given regimen. Some people find extreme diets helpful in the short to medium term. Probably the most sensible would be to be 100% carnivore for a few months, and then experiment to see how you feel. Also everything I have seen says one should transition slowly to carnivore- 4 to 6 weeks
