Extended Dry fasting + Iron + Vitamin Deficiency?

So I have been super tired and sleepy for the last weeks, really low in energy, so I went to have my blood tested and it turns out I have a very low iron level on my blood and a lack of vitamin D. I am not an eager meat eater. Today was my second dry fast day and I am feeling super dizzy and weak. Should I continue? What would you do in my situation?

Listen to your body and stop, that’s the first and foremost thing to ever do.

Get water with electrolytes, add vitamin d to your vitamin stack, probably zinc too. If you aren’t taking vitamins already, you should start. Don’t take a multivitamin because they’re normally useless.
