I just wanted to know what people do for their bad taste / keto breathe remedies are. I use a tongue scraper every few hours but boy does it get unbearable sometimes. I even get slightly nausea from the taste. Any alternate ideas would be lovely.
Unfortunately, “keto breath/fasting breath” comes from your lungs as part of respiration, not your mouth. So, the only real cure for it is to stop doing keto/fasting! But until you do, your best bet is frequent saltwater gargles and mouthwash use.
