So I’m on my 5/7 day of fasting. It’s not at all the first time I’m doing it, but I’m feeling extremely dizzy and exhausted and i absolutely can’t concentrate on anything. I ate a little bit of soup, that was like 20 calories, but i still feel the same. I also tried taking a bit of hymalayan salt, but it doesn’t work. I don’t know what went wrong Please help!
Ok, I heard Rhonda Patrick talking about how taking exogenous ketones would lower her blood glucose way too low to the point where she’d eat some carbs to not pass out. The mechanism behind that is unknown at this point.
A possible explanation is that you have an extremely high level of ketones? I’m not sure.
But 5 days is already a really long fast. Don’t feel bad about ending it at 5 days.
