Fairlife definitely has a good taste, but if you are looking for weight loss, they are more calorie heavy than a protein isolate shake for instance. But, if you can fit them into your macros and you’re still at a deficit, you’re fine.
If your goal is weight loss, you are probably better off to eat protein from whole food sources as eating tends to be more satiating than drinking. Having said that, I like fairlife when in a pinch. I think the Nutrition Plan line has a few more grams of protein and a little less carbs and fat.
Consuming shakes won’t help with weight loss unless there is some context missing from this post. I actually find most protein shakes very calorific so unless you are purposely trying to hit protein macros as part of a finessed exercise and diet regime I would ditch ‘em.
