Fairlife protein shakes?

I’m trying to get into drinking protein shakes to help with weight loss. I came across fairlife and was wondering which was better for weight loss, the core power or the nutrition plan? Any other recommendations for protein shakes are welcome as well.

Answer

Fairlife definitely has a good taste, but if you are looking for weight loss, they are more calorie heavy than a protein isolate shake for instance. But, if you can fit them into your macros and you’re still at a deficit, you’re fine.

Answer

If your goal is weight loss, you are probably better off to eat protein from whole food sources as eating tends to be more satiating than drinking. Having said that, I like fairlife when in a pinch. I think the Nutrition Plan line has a few more grams of protein and a little less carbs and fat.

Answer

Consuming shakes won’t help with weight loss unless there is some context missing from this post. I actually find most protein shakes very calorific so unless you are purposely trying to hit protein macros as part of a finessed exercise and diet regime I would ditch ‘em.
