Fast-friendly recipe thread

I thought it would be a fun idea to create a thread where we share fast-friendly drink recipes. I’ll begin: **Autumn in a Cup** • 1-3 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar • 1/4 tsp of ground cinnamon • 1/8 tsp of ground nutmeg • a pinch of ground cloves • 12 oz of hot water Put vinegar and spices in a heatproof mug, whisk until spices are dissolved. Add hot water and enjoy. Note: I did some digging around and according to the sources I found, consuming spices should not break a fast. Ditto with AVC as long as it’s in small doses.

I occasionally do one where I add pure cocoa powder to boiling water. I only use this one pretty far into 48hr fasts, as it has some calories.

Vinegar is incredibly corrosive on teeth, but maybe this is sufficiently diluted to negate.
