Answer

Yes, normal. Because our bodies recognize that we are not getting the food we get a kick in the pants called adrenaline that ups our calorie burn and makes it more difficult to sleep. The idea is our bodies are saying go get food.

If it starts beating so uncontrollably that you’re starting to panic then you need to stop and eat.

Don’t panic and learn your limits. Expect this to be slightly uncomfortable. We aren’t eating.

Electrolytes need replenishing?

I take calcium, magnesium and to get electrolytes from drinking 1/4 tsp each pink salt and cream tartar in 2 T of cider vinegar in 10 0z water.

3-4 in a day would give over 500mg potassium and sodium, which is less than quarter daily recommended. Tho less vinegar might be better if drinking that many

Answer

Once the body gets to running on fats its got all the food it needs, barring weight training or cardio during fast.

I find my hunger reflects that my body craves being in that fat burning state

And good job on fast!
