I’m still fairly new to fasting. I’m planning to also drink coffee and green tea. I want to put 1 lemon in the green tea that i’ll mix with like 1 litre of water. Does lemon break the fast?
Did 9 days on my first ever try. Only water and pink salt, it wasn’t fun I was very slow and unenergetic it was hell the last 3 days. The feeling on the last day was like I want to go puke just bad I was waiting for it to get easier never happened. Lost 7kg it’s been 3 months now I got 6kg back wasn’t watching what I eat lots of pizza snacks and sugar. Upside the first month after the fast I only got 1.5 kg back I did not eat a lot and had zero cravings for food in general. Want to try it again but Idk about muscle loss or hart thinning I read and heard things so, my head space isn’t right right now.
