I feel ya. Just trust that it will come off. I went to an amusement park Monday, ate 3 “normal” meals but walked over 15 miles, I was up 4 lbs yesterday. Now I’m down 3 lbs. Tomorrow will probably be down another 2 if I eat like I should today.

Agreed. The water weight is real, and it feels like the minute I smell carbs my cells just hold onto all the water it can and bloats me like crazy! I hate seeing the scale go up 2-3lbs just because of a little water. So discouraging!
