i’ve been researching and applying my knowledge of IF for about 5 years now. now i’m trying to bulk my legs using German Volume Training. seeing as HGH almost triples during a fasted workout, i’dlike to combine the two. though, it seems like it would be dangerous since GVT is so intense. does anyone have any experience with this?
Im just getting into more exercises as of the last week and Id say to place the workout towards the end of your fasting window so you could replenish your body soon after. I gotta discipline myself better to sleep earlier and wake up just a little earlier so I could get a workout in before work and then eat a couple hours later. Hope it goes good for you with the GVT you found.
