Hi thank you. I agree on calorie counting too. I have a ton of autoimmune issues so carnivore is what I have been doing 7 years. I won’t go on about it, but celiac since I was little. It’s the only diet that I actually feel good on.
I only do cardio! Weights are minimum but I try. Kettlebellls.
Running, boxing are my things. This week I am going to get back into lifting a little I think. I just love my cardio for mental. Does that make sense? I workout 2 hrs a day, 7 days a week. Exercise is my passion. No worries there.
My thoughts are that you should definitely count calories, and incorporate fruits and veggies into your diet (unless you have some health condition that requires you to eat only meat). You won’t get fat from eating apples, and the extra fiber will help keep you feeling full in a calorie deficit.
Besides that, make sure you are exercising and keeping active most days of the week. What’s your lifting routine like? Do you do any cardio?
