I’ve been doing IF and sometimes prolonged fasting(10 days max). I decided to do this water fasting because I feel intoxicated, bloated and lethargic after indulging on Christmas food.
Starting weight: 239lb
Finished 24h about 2 hours ago. Did calisthenics for 1h30 and light jog for 1h.
Feeling good so far.
Nice I’m doing the same. Probably will hop back into a keto diet after a week or so.
I run and do a lot of CrossFit. The running definitely helps drop the pounds fast. After 24hrs I’m down 9lbs. Hopefully will drop 14lbs by the weekend (my holiday weight).
56 hours update:
I’m 224.6lb, total weight loss of 14.4lb.
Yesterday I did 60 sets of calisthenics(squats, push ups, pull ups and hanging knee raises), followed by 1 hour of 1 minute jog/ 1 minute walk.
I only had 4L of water.
Noticed sunken cheeks, some hunger pangs and had insomnia at night.
I’ll start taking sodium, potassium and magnesium today.
