I tend to fast between 15 and 17 hours daily along with an extremely low carb routine. Ever since I can remember, half of the times that I have to use the potty, I end up constipated. Checking with a doc soon, but wondering if anyone had constipation issues after starting to fast
I recommend using an electrolyte (magnesium, potassium, sodium, “snake juice”) and also considering supplementing high dose vitamin c, 8-10 grams are likely to get things moving without any discomfort.
