Hello. It was not easy. I was 105kg and now I am 85 kg. I am 39 years old, 188 cm tall. I feel better, younger. My legs font hurt anymore, I think most of the time I have self control over food. I try to eat healthy and clean. Chicken meat, eggs, cheese, ketogenic cake everyday to suppress the sweet cravings. I only drink coffe without milk and sugar. Sparkling and mineral water. I eat walnuts, nuts, dried fruits in moderate amount. I combined keto diet with intermittent fasting. I am happy overall. First week is the toughest but after that things will calm down and you will feel better. Do that for your body and your health. You have only one body and you live once in this life. Take control of your life. Change your mindset, dont think about foods all the time. Everything is better. I think that now I think more clearer. Because when you stuff yourself with a lots of food and with no control you dont think very good. Now I am more calm. And more polite towards people. I work better now. Maybe its now blood pressure is lower and better, and you take your toxins most of them from your body. Have a nice week all. I wish the best of health in your life
