What happens when you pour oil into water?
Blood is water and glucose is soluble in water so it can freely move around the body, but fat is not, so when you fast your body burns more fat, and in order to move the fat around your body it has to be attached to a lipid, this is what cholesterol is, lipids, so when you fast your lipids tend to increase not decrease due to more movement of fat around the body for fuel.
So mine went way down. I did a 5 days fast and got blood work done on my fifth day. I had already been intermittent fasting for sometime before that as well. My LDL went from 175 to 137 my doctor said a lot better but still not perfect. But I feel amazing
