>Any ideas what could be the reason for Uric Acid levels increase for me even when I’ve stopped IF, and protein intake?

This is a medical question that you should ask your personal medical professional.

To some of your other points - yes, fasting increases uric acid. It’s a byproduct of breakdown of protein that is usually excreted without issue by your kidneys. Fasting doesn’t just burn fat, it also breakdown some muscle which is where that protein comes from. When fasting or in ketosis, it has to compete with more things like ketones and extra electrolytes that are being excreted by the kidneys so it builds up. This is also why some people get gout flareups from fasting.

Some people just can’t fast.

Having said that - gonna lock and remove this because your main question is asking for medical advice.
