Anyone ever switch to low carb after fasting?
Just curious. I’ve lost 60 lbs fasting M-F over the past 6 months but want to switch things up a bit as I approach the last 20 lbs. Maybe one low carb meal a day, plus cardio? Thoughts/recommendations?

Personally, I find it’s easier to fast if I do low carb as well during my eating periods. Low carb is good because it minimizes your insulin response and so it makes transitioning into and out of fasting easier on your body.
My favorite is carb cycling. I paired it with weight training.
On my training days, I would eat a substantial amount of carbs after lifting. On my off days, 30-50g of carbs, max, and all of those were from fibrous vegetables and no starches.
