What’s Your favorite appetite killer/suppressant? I like to fast during the day and save my calories for the evening. Trying to stay away from diet pop.
Clean fasting. The second I have any kind of sweet taste like a fruit flavored tea, it triggers me thinking about food and makes fasting so much harder.
I just drink water now and have 1 iced espresso in the morning.
Tea works for me. I make hot tea during the day sometimes, but I also always have a bunch of unsweetened tea in the fridge. Makes it so much easier for me to take in enough liquids. Having iced tea around all the time is how I broke my diet pop habit.
I find that cold brewing my tea (tea + water in the fridge for 18hours) makes a delicious cold tea that’s not bitter. Add in some lemon slices or mint leaves and you can get a lot of flavor with no added sweeteners.
