Answer

I’m trying fastic and gofasting(has ads) right now. I just swipe up to close gofasting when the ad pops up and re open. Between the two, i noticed one has autophagy at 16hr and the other is 18hr mark. Also more free plans on fastic, gofasting has limited plans to choose from. Fastic for the win because its fairly easy to use and understand. If you do calorie counting I like carb manager :)
