Not doing this for weight loss.
I guess you’re talking about sugar free energy drinks… That’s rather controversial. I wouldn’t recommend it but I’m not too deep in there. If you want to be on the safe side: stick to water, coffee and tea.

About omega 3, vitamins and electrolytes: yes, you should absolutely take those.
Personally I would avoid the energy drink. They are usually full of a ton of artificial stuff.
As an alternative I would recommend taking a tablespoon of MCT oil in a black coffee and mixing it up. I bet that will give you the energy boost you’re looking for on a long fast. I also use a keto MCT oil powder to occasionally mix in my coffee while fasting.
I would also avoid Omega-3 during a fast because most of the time it is presented as a fish oil supplement. I take a Nordic naturals 2X version but I always wait until I break my fast. They only have 15cal, but I feel anything introduced during the fast could impact the body’s metabolic efforts (ketosis, autophagy) and I’d just rather wait until I eat as it’s really not that much of a gap to just skip 1-2 fish oil doses.
For vitamins, I would make sure to keep up you electrolytes and this is my approach; 1/4 tsp cream of tartar (potassium), 1/4 tsp Himalayan pink salt, magnesium glycinate supplement, 1TBSP apple cider vinegar …all mixed in a full glass of water. This really does the trick for me and I usually do that as a first thing when I wake up on that second day.Hope this helps 😊
I don’t think people should be drinking energy drinks even when they’re not fasting lol. I do it sometimes when I need to stay up late drinking, which is clearly not a healthy behavior but that’s only a few times a year :-)
