Fasting for autophagy rather than weight loss, suggestions for refeed?

So I am almost at my weight goal. Long time lurker, first time poster. I started about 2 years ago, was at about 276. I’m 6’3” and my goal weight is between 190-200 (bodies fluctuate so even 205-210 is ok with me). After this most recent 72 I’m at 208.1 (Woop Woop!) but now for the first time I’m referring with a goal of reinvigoration rather than weight loss- I’m thinking chicken and steak fajitas with avocado and maybe some yellow rice (a little, don’t want to many carbs). I searched the refeed posts and most are for weight loss- suggestions for me? Thoughts? Favorite refeeds? Appreciate the support, the snake juice works fatty’s!

but make sure you get in a lot of healthy saturated fats in your refeeds like raw butter, cheese, sourdough pepperoni pizza, etc. 60% intake from fats at least. Protein, variable(for 70kg person, 70g to 90g is enough) Unprocessed carbs for the rest

Depends on your activity levels. Personally, I’d say eat whatever you want as long as it’s unprocessed. Activate autophagy with the repeated rolling fasts. Figure out your calorie budget for the week for maintenance, mukbang 2 or 3 days and fast
