So I work 2 day shifts (0600-1800) then 2 night shifts (1800-0600) then 4 days off. Looking for suggestions on how to structure IF given the complete opposite shifts every week?
I work shift work at the hospital here, man what I wouldn’t give for a 4 on:4 off… I have a 16week rotation 5 and 2 with the occational 6 and 3, all 0500-1300 or 1330-2130.
I ended up doing a 20:4 style 2MAD right at 1100-1500, so I’d take a snack to work and eat at 11 (tuna salad or jerky) and then eat my main meal at 1400; or I’d eat my main meal at 1100, then bring a snack to work at eating it at 1400.
The structure worked pretty well for me!
