When you are fasting for weight loss instead of the other health benefits does it really matter if you have drinks such as Pepsi-max with the low calories. Or is it not even fasting at that point?
I can’t speak for Pepsi Max, but I use IF to cut for summer. My eating window is 1-9, but I have to work out at 430 am and there is no way I’m doing it without pre-workout. The pre-work out I use is 0 calorie and claims it doesn’t break a fast, but I know there’s alot of debate on whether or not that’s true. I still cut about 20 lbs over a few months so it worked for me.
