I read the body gets acclimated and stalls during weight loss, even with fasting. I have a lot of weight to lose and want to avoid that as much as possible.
I have a hard time losing unless I’m doing 48 or 72 hour fasts (or longer). I have naturally skipped breakfast and lunch since I was a young adult, and ADF just isn’t a long enough fasting period. I am going to attempt to do some longer fasts as well. This go round I’m sitting at around the 65 hour mark and I definitely want to get up to 100+ hours. Changing it up is also nice because this means fasting fits into your life easier.
