As another comment has said you might be over hydrating. Another option I’m thinking of though. What’s your experience with fasting prior to this 30-day one? Your brain just might not be used to fueling itself on ketones yet if this is only like the the third or fifth time you’ve ever fasted. That will definitely cause a headache if you’re not adjusted to that.
