Hi all!
I have tried to get into IF but my major stumbling block is this medication I am on that massively increases my appetite and makes me hungry ALL the time. I find I really struggle to make it to 18 hours and beyond because my hunger is just driving me crazy. Drinking water, coffee etc. Unfortunately doesn’t help.
Anyone else in the same boat here? How did you overcome it?
Have you tried shorter “fasts” as a way to work up to 18hrs? It could literally be one waking hour if that’s where you need to start. The point is to have successes to build on, instead of having repeated experiences of failing.
