I do the random 3 to 5 day fast. But what i really want to do is eat every other day. If you have been doing something like this please share your experience.
I tried it before. I lost a lot of weight fast after a few days, buuuuut….
Pretty soon I was forcing myself to eat on eat days, like my body didn’t want to take it in
And it just felt creepy
I was eating like fruit in the morning on fast days, but maybe a better way is to eat a small lunch on fast days
