Fasting plateau

I have been on IF for more than 1 year, doing OMAD That has helped me lost 54 lbs. Currently I've been plateauing at 165lbs for close to a month. My diet is mainly low carbs, no sugar, and avoiding processed food as much as possible The goal is to hit 126lbs and maintain around there Would appreciate any insights the community have to overcome this plauetu

126lbs is really quite low, I don’t think IF will be enough at that weight as your body needs a certain amount of calories on average to function. You’ll likely need to up your exercise to lose the test.
