Hey! I fasted away most of my gut fat thanks to dry fasting. Short, planned out fasts really help do the trick when it comes to getting rid of stubborn fat. I’ve gotten below 20% body fat mostly just with walking and dry fasting.
I’ve been doing 20:4 dry fast for the last 10days. 1 meal in between. Only drinking water to thirst during window time. And my tummy fat is almost completely gone now. My bf isn’t below 20% though. More like 29% loooool
