I’m a 5’3 30y.o Female & I’ve been fasting since Jan 1 and I’m currently down 11 give or take pounds. (Water weight) SW 172 CW 158 GW 135
I’m currently in Guam for work, with a vacation mindset so fasting has been challenging, due to wanting to try new food out here and party with my co-workers. So my fasting schedule has been all over the place.
I just wanted to give some people an idea if they are in the same situation as me. So far it has been working out well. I do workout an hour 3 days a week; some of those are hiking days.
I cycle out my fasting style every 3 weeks:
Week 1: 72 hour fast or 2 60 hour fast then eat normal other days
Week 2: 3 days of 24 hour fast then eat normal other days
Week 3: 16:8 M-F then no fast on weekend
