fasting tips ?

hi, I’ve fasted before but only for 24hrs, I simply cannot go any further because I tend to not have the strength to do so. Does anyone have any tips they wouldn’t mind sharing that and helped them continue ? I am a female looking to lose 10 poundsplss

Water, first thing in the morning to suppress your digestive enzyme release.

After that, you want to make sure you have some electrolytes handy in case you start feeling light headed.

Note, with a prolonged fast, you will eventually feel cold. Didn’t feel much after Day 1, started getting colder on Day 2. Day 3 I was pretty cold and bailed. Should have had electrolytes but didn’t have it at the time. For this reason, it’s good to inform someone that you’re attempting a prolonged fast so they can check in on you or help motivate you to stay on track.
