It’s been extremely hard for me to maintain fasts for the past week and a half. I was doing alternate day fasts and a few 72 hours in between but I havent been able to sustain this method at all for the past few weeks. I’ve gained more than a kilo too.
Any tips on how to get through the winter while fasting?
If you can’t do the longer fasts, stay with OMAD for a bit until you can go back to the old schedule. Keto helps to make fasting easier too, if you haven’t already tried that. When I start falling off the fasting wagon, I purposefully eat more (while keeping it keto and staying in a short feeding window), and that actually helps.
