I haven’t tried that, but TBH it’s easy to get off caffeine by tapering down. I did it by reducing the number of cups of coffee/tea by one every few days. Then when I was down to one I cut it to half a cup for a few days. There were barely any noticeable withdrawal feelings
For me cold turkey is best, I used to have 600mg a day and it really ruined me lol, I knew it was going to be rough so booked 2 days holiday and with my normal two days off I used the 4 to go cold turkey, first two were absolutely hell then every day after that it got better. Suck it up and just get it over with imo
I think fasting might help with the cravings cause it makes me not want nicotine and even get sick if I use tobacco while fasting. Maybe does the same with caffeine cause coffee makes me nauseous when fasting.
