I wouldn’t recommend it. Fasting has a lot of long term benefits in terms of immunity, but in the short run it takes a toll on your body, including reducing immunity. Doubling down on that doesn’t seem like a good idea in my opinion.
I would let my body recover, and then get back to fasting. You might miss a couple of days, but that’s much better than potentially amplifying whatever sickness you have and missing weeks or months.
