Fasting while working’s nights (help)

So to start off, I have done intermittent fasting before around 4 years ago, and lost 53 pounds within 4 months. I’m interested in doing it again, however I’m not sure which would be more beneficial, as I am now working night shifts 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM. Any tips on when would be a good time to eat, and duration of not eating would be great.

Working a night as we speak. I finish eating at 7, start work at 730. I try to have a protein/fat rich meal with low carbs. I don’t eat all night until noon the next day. Coffee tea, water only. Takes some getting used to, but now it is easy. The rough time for me is 4 to 5 am. I get very hungry, on top of tired and cold. The trifectea of IF on the night shift, lol. It depends on your schedule, how many days a week, etc. Some people only sleep 3-4 hours and can eat then. If you are going to sleep 6-8 hrs, you may do better eating when you get off. Some people cant sleep if they are hungry. So many variables!

I work 10pm-6am. I find Omad has been very easy to stay consistent with. I’ll go home and sleep from 7am-3:30pm, start getting dinner ready etc and eat between 4-5. Been losing weight pretty consistently, (35 lbs in the past 10 months). If I eat overnight it makes me tired so I find giving my body that time in between to start digesting is nice.
