Fasting Willpower

I have done 36-40 hour fasts pretty regularly (for a while I was doing it every other week or so) and was able to get myself down to a healthy weight by incorporating that into my life. I want to continue having those fast for mental clarity and health reasons but since I am not obsessed to “making it to the next day” to see the scale, I end up quitting around dinner time. For those who fast for non weight loss reasons, how do you keep yourself motivated when you get in the tough moments?

Answer

There is no willpower. There is only understanding of what are you doing. If you don’t fully understand why you need fasting then here comes willpower.

I don’t need willpower cause I am fully aware why I am doing this.
