I would ask your doctor, but fasting puts a lot of pressure on the kidneys - so personally, I wouldn’t throw in prescription meds, as it will likely add more toxins to be filtered. But it depends on the meds and whether you can take a break from them. When I fast I don’t take my prescription, but my medicine is prescribed on an “as needed” basis - so skipping a couple of days isn’t a problem.
