I’m doing my first fast of 48 hours. I’m using a homemade electrolyte powder in my water (Salt/Potassium/Mag/Glycene) and a TrueLime or Lemon flavor packet. The packets are 10 Cal/3gr carb each and I’m using about 4 a day with my water, so about 40 cal/day with my 4+ qts of water. Will that small amount of carbs/calories interfere with autophagy?
If it helps you get through then fine, but it would be much better to try your absolutely best to go without it. If you’re going to consume calories, it would be better to do it all at once and not spread out
