Five days in, doing 20:4 and I’m stoked. I have not weighed myself. I’ll do that on Mondays.
I take Candesartan 16mg daily for hypertension. On Monday morning, January 3 my BP was 165/100 with a resting pulse of 94 bpm. Yeah, I know … scary as…! Each day since then I’ve seen a lowering of both of those values. This morning I clocked 126/88 BP and 59 bpm.

You may want to pick a date or a weight level when you start weighing yourself every day. This, with a food log, will help you to understand what works best for your body.
