Does your body get its fat soluble vitamins and omega 3s and 6s from your adipose tissue when fasting? Or does it just turn triglycerides into calories and survive without essential fats for the duration of fasting?

Answer

Your body is constantly tapping into your fat stores whether you’re fasting or not. Yes this process can provide your body with its omega-3 and -6 requirements when you’re not getting enough from your diet: liberated triglycerides can be used the same way dietary fat can, either burned for energy or used as building blocks for other molecules. Fat-soluble vitamins can also be stored and tapped into, but I wouldn’t expect this process to reliably supply your vitamin needs in a fasted state. The less body fat you’re starting out with and the higher your historical vitamin intake, the better your chances are.

Answer

Yes look up the difference between fat soluble vitamins and water soluble vitamins the water ones you just pee out and the fat ones get stored so there is a Higher probability of toxicity with the fat soluble ones
