After doing regular 16/8 fasting for many months I’m thinking about trying out 5/2 instead. I’m hopeful it’ll fit better with my schedules; I figure an experiment of a month or two won’t hurt. For those with experience on 5/2 what were some of your favorite meals for those 500 calorie days?
I used to have Greek yoghurt, one weetabix and berries for breakfast then a soup in the evening, my favourite was Mexican bean. Kept me really full up. I never actually counted the calories but lost a lot of weight
