Answer

Nicks bars. Easy. The closest I’ve ever had to have a protein bar taste almost EXACTLY like a candy bar with insane macros and ingredients. Their chokopeanut bar tastes exactly like a snickers bar, but has zero sugar and crazy ingredients and far better macros. Their ice cream is top notch as well. It is pricey, but an amazing sweet treat.

Make my own

Bar 1 is 2:1:0.5 peanut butter, honey, and chocolate… heat slowly in a big pot until it’s smooth and easy to stir, add the chocolate, mix, and pour over rolled oats. It ends up being roughly the same volume. IE start with 4 cups of peanut butter, get 7 cups of liquid, 7-8 cups of oats depending on how dry you want.

Pour into cake pan, cool, whack it out onto a cutting board and cut into chocolate bar size pieces. Keeps for MONTHS in the fridge.

Bar 2 is equal portions of figs, nuts, and fruit. Favorite is almond and blueberry. Just run it through the blender until combined, smooth it out into a layer in a pan, cool in the fridge, then cut into chocolate bar sizes. High in fat, fiber, protein, and sugar… very easy to get your calories for the day like this. Great for camping, or for work if you have to work late and miss a normal supper meal.
