If someone were to drink TPN or some other sort of complete nutrition (assuming they cannot taste and don’t mind the texture) could they live a healthy life? Or is there some importance to real food?
TPN will cause kidney issues. It’s meant to be a temporary fix. My father had to go on TPN when unconscious in the hospital after 10 days his blood sugar was through the roof. Almost put him in permanent kidney failure.
