Anyone else feel like crap after refeeding? I completed a 7 day fast then refed 2 nights ago. All day yesterday and most of today while back to eating I’ve felt super brain foggy, bad mood and low energy. I have been pretty much eating carnivore in the refeed but keeping the fat and salt levels up too
During the 7 day fast I felt very sharp and now this feels like the opposite!

maybe too much too soon refeeding is better done slowly small portion well balanced is the best let’s say
first day coconut water
second day coconut cream
third day fruits
fourth day eat as you were before but smaller portion if poss wide range like meat/fish vegs/salads and liquid preferably water
