I’m doing a 5 or 7 day water fast (still haven’t decided), and today is day 4. I read that people have more energy and feel less hungry on day 4. I’m experiencing the complete opposite. I’m as hungry as day 3, have weak shaky legs and arms that have also started to tingle, and feeling weak in general with the occasional dizziness. Since day 1, I have been taking salt and potassium tablets.
I’m 173cm and 60Kg. Maybe I don’t have enough energy stores?
Is this normal, or should I break the fast?
I read that a bunch too and I’ve been doing extended about 1 x a week for 2 months. Everytime I punch in 90 hours into my zero app and every week I push it a little more. Landed somewhere in the 60s as my baseline. ( for me personally ) when I hit that point of no return, but every week I just push it more and more. Everyone is different.
