Feeling tired

Been doing OMAD for about 2 months now, lost 20 pounds (had previously lost 10 pounds during a month where I had the energy to work out strength often).

Problem is I feel super tired and not myself right now. I’ve been trying to reduce carbs to below 70g (heard online I should try below 50g but I just don’t know what to eat that’s both under 50g and not expensive).

Any thoughts? I’ve found I feel super energetic after eating carbs like rice, how bad is rice on the I-want-to-live-forever scale?

Meat and most of veggies should be below 50 for sure, I don’t think it should be a problem of carbs and going in and out of ketosis and feeling sluggish because of it. Are you positive, that you keep your electrolytes in check and eat plenty of vitamins and minerals when feeding? Not only the fasting part but also the feeding part is crucial.

I don’t think there’s anything wrong with rice if it fits your macros and you’re not striving for ketosis full-time. Depends on your approach, goals etc
