If you’re feeling faint and dizzy with exercise and fasting you should probably postpone your workout until you’ve eaten. A day of fasting without 20-30 minutes exercise is likely to give you more results than a day eating with 20-30 minutes exercise. Forcing yourself to exercise when you’re dizzy isn’t a great idea. If you get more acclimated to the exercise on eating days you may gain the stamina to have mild exercise on a future fast.

Multivitamins can be tricky on an empty stomach, so save them for non-fasting days.

Electrolytes might let your body hold on to water while you’re fasting, which will be reflected on your scale, but you’ll still be losing fat. It’s helpful to track your weight with a spreadsheet or app that allows you to see weight loss when averaged over time rather focusing on the day-to-day. I like the app Happy Scale.
