Hello It’s been more than 2, months now doing IF for 20 hours or more and Alternate day fastings and somtimes 36 hours thrown in somtimes. My question is recently I feel like eating more food .it’s not hunger but a I feel like I need to eat as I feel weaker and sleepy. Like my usual is 1200kcal based on my TDEE I dnt know if anyone has felt this.. Never before I had such feeling Will eating more than my calorie intake hamper my weight loss journey?? Can I have one or 2 days cheat day and continues my iF and adf ??

I’d be more concerned about the haphazard “Sometimes 36h” and random schedule you got going. Solid routines and stability is the key, there’s no need to rush or be short-term spontaneous about it.
